Firmware Lead/Architect (PHY/location systems)

- BE/BS or MS/ME with atleast 7-10 years experience in embedded SW/FW development

- Electrical Engineering with signal processing background required

- Experience in working on embedded FW product solutions, specifically in wireless physical layer implementations and/or location systems

- Should have a good understanding of hardware/FW/software partitioning, co-design and tradeoffs

- Should demonstrate ability to partition, optimize and implement signal processing algorithms in ARM7 based system or similar systems using C/assembly

- Should have good understanding and experience with real-time OS, multi-threading

- Experience with various scripting languages such as Perl/Python is desirable

- Strong design, planning, debugging skills

- Should have good communication skills and demonstrate ability to lead a team while also hands-on at the same time
