Responsibilities :
* Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professional and management positions.
* Work closely with hiring managers to develop job specifications.
* Use innovative ideas to source candidates thru networking, employee referrals, cold-calling, internet searches, etc.
* Conduct phone screens and interviews of candidates.
* Conducts reference checks.
* Maintain candidate tracking.
* Frequent interaction with candidates via email, phone and in-person
* Take an active participation in industry specific and/or recruiting events, seminars and trainings

Minimum Requirements :
* BA/BS degree preferred
* Minimum 3-5 years recruiting experience
* Client service oriented
* Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Must possess excellent computer skills and internet research techniques
* Must successfully pass a background check
