Profile : The projects involved are in conversion of drawings from 2D to 3D engineering software and designing new projects in 3D software.
We are also involved in custom software/product development, application migration and maintenance on Microsoft .Net platform. And in developing applications and maintaining projects on IBM i- series with different ERP packages for different verticals.
Experience : 1-3 years

Qualification : UG/PG/ Engineering.

Skill Sets : Experience in Pro/Engineer wildfire 2.0

Additional Skills: Pro/Intralink, Pro/Sheetmetal

First Semester
• Area Appreciation:
Study of Neighborhood at Lajpat Nagar, Phase III, New Delhi in terms of planning. Study includes Land use, Demography, Housing, Infrastructure, Traffic & Transportation and Open Spaces etc.


• Site Planning at Rohini, Delhi:
An individual assignment to develop a site of 6.78 Ha for 6200 population for MIG and HIG incorporating aspects of services, developments controls and building byelaws.
The aim of the exercise was to introduce and expose to the various aspects and stages in planning for a small residential area using pre-designed plot as basic unit. A residential layout was planned having multi level housing schemes.

• Outline Development Plan (ODP) for Baramati (Maharashtra):
The study had been conducted to assess the existing situation and to evolve sectoral and spatial development strategy for Baramati. The scope included the following:
o To analyze settlement pattern and resource potential and to appraise the problem in relation to the emerging issue and identify the thrust area for detailed analysis.
o To formulate an appropriate development plan for 2021 including spatial and sectoral strategies.
Task Handled – Environment, Future Projections and proposals

Second Semester
Major subjects: Housing Design & Layouts, Urbanization and Land Management, Housing Finance, Disaster Management & Settlements, Material Technology & Infrastructure, GIS 3D Map.
• It focuses on the city dynamics in terms of Land use pattern, Economic growth, Real estate market, socioeconomic changes, and infrastructural development.

Housing Strategy for Kolkata (Studio)
The study includes existing city level aspects and housing sub-systems study, major focus areas being the ‘Bustee’ and the ‘Real Estate’ so as to comprehend its varied dimensions, identify various issues and prepare a strategy for housing development.
Task Handled – Demography and Socio-economic character, Real Estate in Kolkata, organizational setup, proposals and recommendations.


Third Semester
Major subjects: Housing for Special Areas, Informal Housing, Housing and Real Estate Market, AutoCad Civil-3D, Rural Housing, Planning Legislation and Professional Practice.
• The area chosen for Housing for Special Areas – Kutch, Gujarat.
• It focuses on various types of Housing like the Real Estate, Informal Housing, Rural Housing and also the laws relating to the Planning.

Green Housing - Design and Project Formulation (Studio)
The site for the Green Housing Project was in Gurgaon, with close proximity to Manesar. The Project included Gurgaon Market assessment, Codes and Regulations, Project Brief, Project Design, Green Technologies, Assessment of Risks involved, Structuring, Marketing of Project.

Fourth Semester
