EARLY WARNING SYSTEM (EWS) is an application used by Uganda Government for calculating the drought arrival chances in their country. The prime feature of the product allows them to enter their resources values (such as livestock details, water sources etc.,). Based on these values some indicators are alerted. Government will provide required facilities to particular sub counties and parishes based on these indicator alerts.
The product is build to use on windows platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
