At least 2+ years experience in leading a team of professionals.

The required skills are :
* Clear and crisp communication skills.
* Excellent and proven dependability and reliability.
* Proven commitment to team goals, and tight schedules and deadlines.
* Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of successfully leading teams
along with managing the project needs.
* Development exp. - Visual Basic 6.0, COM, Crystal Reports, Data Grids,
Connection Objects, Active x Controls, DLL creations, Code Optimization, MSMQ,
VSS.
* Clear understanding of application servers (Web Sphere, Web Logic, and Sun One,
Tom CAT, Apache, iPlanet, Jrun).
* In depth knowledge of SQL Server (sp. Transaction Management) is essential since
the role may require DBA(s) reporting in.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (.Net, Visual Basic 6.0, COM, Crystal
Reports), SQL (Data Grids, Connection Objects, Active x Controls, DLL creations,
Code Optimization, MSMQ, VSS.)
* Experience of a tool-based configuration management.
* Exposure to managing teams in the Financial Services domain will be preferred
(not mandatory).
