Working experience on RHEL 4.0/5.0, Fedora core 3/4/5, Windows 9x/2000/2003/xp,2008 and Solaris 7x. Installing, configuring and optimizing databases servers I.e. MySql, postgreSQL, Oracle 9i and 10g. Installing, configuring and maintaining smtp (Send mail and exchange server 2003) and subversion servers. Good work experience on installing and configuring apache and tomcat servers. working experience on shell scripting. working experience on firewalls like Shore wall or pintables. Installing, configuring and maintaining mission critical systems including DNS, DHCP, RAS, IIS, VPN, Terminal server and LINUX proxy's, samba servers. Responsible for backup(Daily/ weekly/ Monthly) and restore of critical servers. Working knowledge with network devices (LAN and WAN), topology, media, Connectivity, protocols, servers and software and Hardware Troubleshooting. Any other new tasks assigned by Technical Head/TL
