Job Description :
* Generating leads with the international clients.
* Interacting with the clients abroad.
* Generating and promoting and developing business in international market through calls and Internet.
* Candidates will have to make outbound calls to IT companies; SMEs and speak to them regarding our software services.
* Position Espire as a leading provider of outsourced product development services.
* Be responsible for market coverage activities to develop opportunities for Espire's IT services offerings.
* Prospect for new business and pursue leads and potential new clients.
* Build a strong sales pipeline and perform regular follow ups and mature opportunities.
* MIS Reporting.
* Working in shifts as per international geographic timings.

Desired Profile :
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Experience of handling Corporate and International Clients.
* Should have marketing knowledge.
* IT Knowledge will be the added advantage.
* Telesales experience is must.
* Fluent in English.
* Confident & independent.
* Customer oriented.
* Self-driven & Proven track-record.
* Performance oriented, needs to meet targets and convince customers
