Job Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore

Years of experience : - 8 to 10 years

Mandatory skill-set :
* Possess very good knowledge on SharePoint (WSS and SPS features, Administration, Knowledge on lists and document library)
* Must have the ability to develop high-quality and advanced applications using C#, VB, .NET, VB, XML, ADO, SQL and stored procedures.
* Knowledge of the SharePoint Object Model
* Must have very strong problem solving skills, and ability to discuss advanced technical concepts at an abstract technical level.
* At least 5+ years in a technical team lead or technical manager position.
* Experience on the Application, Configuration, deployment and maintenance (Site configuration, back up, restore and template manipulation).
* Experience on Web part development.
* Must have extensive experience developing, delivering and supporting enterprise class applications addressing complex business requirements.
* Must have strong understanding of quality concepts, test plans and test automation.
* Must demonstrate strong communication skills, verbally and written.
* Must have deep understanding of key security concepts, including authentication, authorization, privacy, and non-repudiation.
* Strong understanding of performance and scalability.

Desired Skills :
* Microsoft certification in SharePoint
* Good knowledge on advance topics like BDC, Excel Web Services, BizTalk & Exchange server Integration with SPS, single sign-on, InfoPath, and Form Services will be an added advantage
