Job Description:
Group accounting, analysis monthly/annual Trial Balance, P&L Account & Balance Sheet, Management of Account Payables, preparation, management of financial records, fund flow, banking documents, and credit control, Finalization of accounts & giving report to Accounts Head, All the process & procedures need to handle according to accounting standard & compliance. Candidate preferable from the Manufacturing Industry.

as a Senior Spare Parts Officer From July 2010 To till Date.
Responsibilities :
- Entire Spare Parts operations like, Parts Inventory, outward, material handling, storage.
- Co-ordination and negotiation with Transporters.
- Co-ordination with Accounts for payment.
- Handling the Transportation
- Co-ordination with Project Client & Head Office
- Maintaining the stock material without any variance by conducting stock verification and
document.
- To provide all MIS to our clients on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Warehousing Management & Inventory
- Monitor the physical inventory accuracy at each Material and to ensure it to be above 99% in
comparison to the Inventory by Plant and storage location.
- Ensure that each Material follows the Physical Inventory Process each month end by recording
the physical inventory into CTDMS.
- Ensure the Good Warehouse Management practices by regular audit.
- Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle is followed for all the products.
- Ensure storage design in a manner to economize on total space required and to maximize
space utilization, with minimum capital expense.
- Managing warehouse operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost
savings with Minimum holding of stock.
