Position Description :
The HR Director/VP will be responsible for all HR functions at WinWire Technologies ensuring that our value of "People First" is demonstrated in everything we do. The Director/VP of HR will formulate and establish personnel policies, performance metrics, oversee payroll and related statutory requirements, develop human capital development processes, responsible for end-to-end recruitment process across all locations and otherwise perform all functions appropriate for this position. With multiple locations, the Director/VP of HR must establish strong and open communication channels, build teamwork and cohesiveness across different work culture that comes with employees across multiple locations. The role is both strategic and tactical. A flexible and exceptionally collaborative approach with team and consensus building abilities is essential. This position is based in Bangalore and reports directly to CEO.
* 10+ years of proven experience with at least 5 years of direct IT Services industry experience
* Must have a post-graduate degree in human resource management. Process orientation is important.
* Ability to work with diverse personalities both in person and remotely.
* Ability to apply creativity and innovative ideas.
* Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional team environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
