Job Description :
This position will report to the Manager Customer Service, and will be responsible for administrative activities and the coordination of scheduled service activities such as hardware and software upgrades, system installations, relocations and other onsite services. This individual will be responsible for :
* Coordinating and scheduling field service activities for all software upgrades and hardware installations, upgrades, relocations, de-installations (including evaluations), re-certifications, etc.
* Coordination between 3PAR customers, our service partners and internal technical groups.
* Ability to prioritize the schedule based on established criteria.
* Collecting information via the order fulfillment process to ensure a closed loop process.
* Establishing service partner contracts and placing 3PAR Systems under maintenance support.
* Maintaining reports such as the Installation Tracker, SSA reports, Scheduling Activity reports, etc.
* Coordinating cross functionally to schedule, and manage battery replacements.
* Performing administrative activities and other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills :
* Associates Degree or 5-8 years experience in an administrative position; but a demonstrable track record of success in similar roles is more important than specific education credentials.
* The ideal candidate will be a team player with demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, multi-tasking, resource organization, project/task prioritization and schedule development while enjoying the fast pace of a growing company.
* This candidate must have a strong commitment to exceptional customer service; and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a cross-functional environment. This position requires excellent English speaking and writing capabilities.
* The candidate must have a strong skill set in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and be willing to work scheduled shifts as needed.
