Regional Sales Manager - Medical Division

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Bangalore

* Achievement of Sales Revenue Target with expected gross margins as per the BU guidelines.
* Month by Month Sales Revenue Tracking.
* Ensure the payment collection for the sales.
* Coordinator for the complete sales cycle from lead generation till installation & handing over.
* Quarterly projections (RHE) to be given to RBM.
* Sales Funnel generation & update every month to RBM.
* Targeting New Institutions Accounts for Direct CR and Synapse Business.

PRE-REQUISITIES :
* A Regional Sales Manager should have experience of 5 + years in medical sales field and should be working in the similar capacity for at least 1-2 years.
* RSM should be a graduate in Engineering in Electronics/Computer/Electrical or Imaging with MBA or equivalent in marketing from a Premier Business School.
* RSM can also be a diploma holder in engineering. However, then he/she should have at least 10 years of experience in case he is just a diploma engineering holder.
