Job responsibilities :

Job responsibilities will include conducting kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles and project deliverables, ensure that the project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary. You will also work with PMO QA group to ensure thorough testing of modules/application/interfaces.
HCT has sold a dream to its client (Automatic Windows 7 Desktop rollout and Migration). This position primarily responsible to make it happen and handle related service calls.

Responsible for monitoring of projects, issue management processes and escalating issues where necessary. Analyze reports to develop trends to help identify future opportunities and be proactive with solutions to the business. Evaluate recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments, financial regulations and similar financial projects or programs. Lead the post-implementation review evaluating project results, including client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
- Develops innovative approaches.
- Develops Process and checks
- Serves as a leader/mentor.
- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.
- Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
- Solves complex IT PC/Network/Server troubleshooting problems and develops innovative solutions.
- Be ready to accompany the Helpdesk Junior engineers to the user’s (some of whom might be high end executives), in case of problems.
- Reviews HelpDesk tickets (SysAid) for work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement.
- Forecasts and plans resource requirements.
- Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues.
- Motivates and inspires other team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in the organization.
- A strong, quantitative skill set and the ability to think and communicate with well-supported data.
- Poise and self-control under pressure & stress.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Large organization.
- Minimum 3 years PM experience managing large complex IT projects.
- Strong Technical skills (MCSE/CCNA preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes.
- Excellent oral & written skills, presentation skills and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communication for both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Must be comfortable with a high-level of user interaction and visibility.
- PMP or Microsoft Project Management Certification a plus.
