• Facilities Management with focus on managing the utilities & technical services E.g. Electrical Services, DG, HVAC, Chillers, BMS, STP, WTP, UPS, Panels etc., to achieve disturbance free / continues services, Solution to breakdowns, Corrective & Preventive Action Plans
Operating utilities with higher efficiencies so as to lower the cost of operation
• Planned & Timely Servicing of Equipments / Utilities
To achieve minimal unplanned downtime, Achieve appropriate thermal comfort for the employees / power & temperature maintenance for Critical Operations such as Data Centre / Server Room / UPS & Voice Space
• Infrastructure / Building Maintenance Services
Including repair & maintenance, renovations, electrical, plumbing, mechanical services, keeping the work space / building in good inhabitable condition by planning & executing proactive maintenance schedules & actions
• Operating cost & consumption Analysis / MIS & Reporting
• Front Desk Services & Planning
• Energy Efficiency & Cost Management, Green & Sustainable Solutions
Identification of sources / factors effecting energy consumption & improving efficiency in building by implementing energy efficiency / conservation best practices
Cost & Benefit analysis of energy efficiency practices Exposure / Knowledge of Green / Sustainable Building Practices including conservation of natural resources
• Desirable - Knowledge of other non-technical Facilities Functions such as Space Planning, Housekeeping, Travel, Security, Events, Procurement Management etc.,

b. Testing of Circuit Breaker, Current Transformer, Pantograph Isolator, HCB Isolator, LA, CVT, and Wave Trap.
c. SLD preparation and engineering work related to 400 KV switchyard and automation (SAS System).
d. Erection, Commissioning & Testing of 400 KV switchyard’s SCADA system or SAS of 400 KV switchyard (IEC61850).
e. Logic and scheme studying of Control & Relay Panels for Automation of Switchyard (SAS).
f. Testing for Relay of ABB (REC 670, REL 670, RET 670, REB 670, MICOM P442 etc.)

2. BSES New Delhi (Power Distribution / DISCOM) as a GET in SCADA / DMS (CES) department from 14th July 2006 to 22nd August 2008:
Project: BSES in Delhi comprises of two circles, circle south and circle west which are divided into 19 independent divisions taking care of O&M and commercial activities. Project of Substation automation of DTL s/stns and concept of FLISR (Fault location isolation system restoration).
Responsibilities Held: SCADA / DMS Project, SCADA Maintenance & Protection of 11KV s/stns, Concept of FLISR at Nizamuddin Division in Delhi, Trouble shooting of RTU211, Uploading of files like RTU211 / CTU235 / Protocol Converter (23CP62 / 23CP61 / MFM Configuration).
Responsibilities:
a. Network Study for Automation Points

d. Designed Preventive Maintenance plan for 11 KV Distribution

Project SCADA – DMS for remote operations and control of 118 numbers 66 / 33 KV grid substation and 1100 nos. 11 KV s/stns of Delhi’s power system network job profile involves:
- Power System studies for identifying DMS automation locations
- Initial evaluation of techno-commercial offers by vendors and co-ordination with C&M dept for material procurement and services contracts for RMU automation.
- Data Engineering for 66/33/11 KV substation followed by Modeling of network in SCADA / DMS servers.
- Preparation of I/O lists & Cable schedule for DE adaptation.
- Survey of automation location for DMS and preparation of BOM for 11 KV RMU adaptations.
- Planning and execution of RMU adaptation work.
- Supervision of site acceptance testing for DMS software modules.
- Co-ordination with vendors for automation of Grid & Sub-station.
- Preparation of Technical proposal, Cost Estimates, BOM, Material finalization & Approval note for new site to be automatized.
