* Graduation with some marketing or management courses
* Engg. Degree or Diploma
* Certification/ diploma course in web development (Design+Development)
* Management degree or diploma would be advantage

Requirements of Work Experience/ Previous Assignments Handled :

Atleast 4-6 Years of total experience. 2-3 Years of Team/ Project lead experience.

* Should have worked as a team lead or project lead in a web solutions/ application devp firm, leading a team of min 5-8 people.
* Some hands on experience of Web/ Application development
* Should be aware of the Software development process.
* Some experience of Requirement Gathering, Project Analysis and Scoping of the Project.

Brief Job Description :
* Manage Projects end to end.
* Look after the functional details of a project like managing timelines, guidelines, delivery, documentation, processes, Quality, etc.
* Interact with Clients and look after their requirements, satisfaction of delivery and quality, add value to their projects or proposals.
* Manage the people involved in the development of the project
* Communicate effectively to and between the team members with regards to the projects.
* Manage the efficiency of the Team and the Projects.
* Finish the project in time and under the budget as given to you.
* Review the project on its completion.
* Providing weekly and monthly regular MIS to the company management.
