Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities :
* Work closely with the lead artist in working out the approved compositions and come out with beautiful visuals.
* Create convincing visuals using multiple methods including hand painting,using photo images and other matte painting approaches.
* Understanding the vision and the theme of the game and creating cohesive and consistent BGs accordingly.
* Thorough knowledge of Photoshop and the ability to effective use painting tablets.
* Ability to create the required visuals with quick turn around time, avoiding a lot of iterations.
* Ability to work well under pressure and tighter deadlines.

Added Advantage :
* Previous experience in creating art for hidden object games.
* Experience with creating comic panels.
* Experience as a concept artist.
* Traditional painting skills.

Job Description :
The BG artists is responsible for creating high quality backgrounds, cut-scenes for hidden object games. He/She would closely work with the Lead artist and the Art Director in creating the BGs and arrive at the intended art direction. One must have superior eye for detail, good painting skills, strong understanding of color, light and composition.
