Senior Software Engineer - Delphi Technologies

Basic Criteria :
* B. Tech/ M. Tech/ B.E/ M.E/MCA/M. Sc in Computer Science or a related field.
* Experience in developing applications using Borland Delphi Version 5, SQL Server, XML/ XSLT, DTD/Schema.
* Experience developing data-driven applications using an industry standard RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.), including strong data architecture and SQL development skills.
* Experience in Unix/Linux Red hat based development environment.
* System Analysis, designing, coding, development and implementation of applications.
* Experience /familiarity with Financial Services Industry - US Banking, loan origination, deposit transactions, lending -consumer and commercial. Product development and Maintenance experience a plus.
* Knowledge and understanding of : SourceSafe / SourceOffSite/ Rational ClearCase / MultiSite / ClearQuest Administration x Experience with InstallShield a plus.
* Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE technologies.
* Experience in building database (RDBMS) driven applications.

Experience Range : 3 years to 4.5 years

Key Responsibilities :
* Developing and conducting code reviews.
* Participate in customer interaction and follow-up.
* Build and execute release management plan for the respective modules.
* Take ownership of the delivery, timeliness and quality of the module assigned.
* Acquire complete understanding of software development processes.
