Experience : 1 - 5 Years
Compensation : As per Industry Standard

Desired Profile :
experience in cemarcial and Housing projects. knowledge of latest finishing materials, and able to prepare customized design options/ modules for high end residential housing units, conversant with local building municipal bye laws. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, 3D Max and Photoshop is must. Drawing and Detailing of large scale projects. Co-ordination with Structural and other consultants, Implementation of committed delivery schedule of Drawings and documents, Incorporation of construction related feedbacks in the construction Drawings. Attending Site and Client meetings, Word and PowerPoint knowledge. Candidate should be Team player and should be able to function within a group.

4)Should be well versed in Designing and Site work
5)Must be ready to take responsibility
6)Should be able to workin a team
7) Should be open to travelling, even out of Mumbai

9)Proficient in AutoCAD(detailing and Drafting),
10)Knowledge in 3D Max or Equivalent software preferred,
11)Knowledge in preparing MEP drawings
