    * Identify and create new business opportunities /grow and maintain existing customer accounts with a clear focus on high-value sales and a solution-based selling approach.
    * Should have good knowledge across Industry segments.
    * Meet the Sales numbers
    * Prepare and plan and carry out extensive analysis on emerging markets, meet Vertical Business Heads, conceptualize, design and roll-out virtual trainings for extended enterprise.
    * Build relationships with customers through value-based solutions & quantifiable returns on investments.
    * Analyze prospect needs and business pain areas.
    * Meet business heads of assigned verticals and explore long term business partnerships.
    * Enterprise wide Change management Program for introducing and Popularizing Virtual learning and help client achieve business objective.

    Skills Required :
    * Excellent experience in sales high-value large Enterprise application solutions with a Solution-based selling approach.
    * Proven track record of selling products/services to CXO level Audience.
    * Experience and demonstrable track record in the Indian market.
    * Large Account Management
    * CXO and large account relationship management abilities
    * Excellent negotiation and closing skills and experience for large value and complex software and services deals.
