Brief job description/Technical skill/Competencies
• Deal quickly and effectively with client queries or complaints by phone,or email
• Expedite client queries including keeping them informed of projects delays or early fulfillment
• Occasionally work anti-social hours in order to meet client requirements, solve their problems and thus encourage future business
• Organize resources so that you can locate information about products/ service quickly
• Review all data entries and written communication before sending or submitting them
• Maintain and update records at all times
• Timely submission of all reports
• Liasioning with departments within the organization to enhance and expedite clients reversals
• Taking care of inbound and outbound calls.

Soft skills/competencies
• Need to be work oriented, conscientious and hard working
• Ability to learn, be resourceful and methodical
• Be friendly, polite, reliable, positive and acts appropriately and proactively
• Ability to anticipate client needs, show concern and be a good listener
• Possess presentation and report writing skills
