Responsibilities:

Job responsibility includes execution of work at site.

Should be able to plan the day to day activities and execute the same.

Supervise workers for erection of PEB according to design.

Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution.

Coordinate with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.

Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

Report to the Project Manager and provide him with inputs about the work progress.

Maintaining work schedule.

Coordinate with project team for delivery of material. Ensure that the work progress is as per the construction programme

Should be able to check the Contractors bill and forward it to the Project Manger. Ensure safety

Making sure that the work done is as per the Quality standards prescribed.

Ensuring that the work in progress is as per the Drawings provided.

During the process and at the end, the engineer must inspect and ensure that all rules, regulations and guidelines have been followed.

Qualifications: Degree/Dip in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with working experience of 2-7 years in projects involving Steel and civil structures for industrial and commercial buildings. Knowledge of MS Projects is desirable.
