- Liaising with the principle design contractor for any site clashes and design queries & pre engineering of isometrics.

- Mapping field weld points in ISO drawing and spool numbering.
- Monitoring of pipe works installation progress from spool arrival on site to installation through punch out.
- Erected Main Polymer line Jacketed Piping. Inside core pipes used to Transfer the Polymer.
- Attending daily progress meeting & planning ahead.
- Erected various types of structural supports, cold shoe supports, spring supports.
- Preparation of master test packages.
- Running the pre/post punch listing & hand over documents.
- Identification of location for testing, preparation and fabrication of Test blinds, flanges and spades
- Pneumatic/ Hydro testing programs of the site.
- Flushing of loops (air blowing, chemical cleaning, steam blowing, Rupture Disc blasting)
- Reinstatements of packages.
- Attending weekly safety house keeping tours and carrying out weekly safety audits.
- Compiling test packs for site & final handover to client.
- Pre-commissioning with stringent quality levels with client Engineers.
- Working alongside commissioning personnel.
- Piping jobs are carried out as per ASME, API & ASTM codes and as per client requirement and satisfaction.
- Allocation and lead the entire project team and Implementing HSE programs.
- Preparation of reports on the basis’s of client requirements.
- Knowledgeable in Tie-in jobs (SHUTDOWN).
