Qualification
* Diploma or more degree in food science or its Equivalent or similar qualification with past bakery experience.
* Have minimum 5 years experience in similar bakery position

Job Description :
* prepare bakery, pastry ,chocolates and confectionary items
* Producing and pack all types of high quality chocolates
* Producing and packing high class products especially different types of cakes, ice creams, chocolate, Arabian Sweets, petite-Four, biscuits, snacks, bakery items and Salted Pastries.
* Producing and packing all kinds of Pastry, Bakery, Dessert, Chocolate and Food Product Development from French Pastry & Bakery, all type Dessert, Plated Dessert, Chocolate Art Design and Pralines, Cake Decoration with sugar craft, icing cream, sugar work and chocolate design. Bakery product
* Innovation stylist on all types of cake decoration, such celebration & wedding cake
* Innovation concept stylist on Western sweet bun
Creating new product
* Producing French pastry, whole mousse cake, dessert, chocolate praline

Skills :
Must have excellent and strong bakeries skills and Experience
Must have 5 Years minimum experience in the filed of bakery and Food Production and food Manufacturing
Preferably presently managing. Supervising and handling a well-known bakery would be ideal for the job.
Age between 28-40 years.
