The Profile are as follows :

Stress Engineer :BE/Btech Mechanical with at least 4 years of experience in Piping design and modeling .Should have worked on PDMS and Piping stress analysis using ROHR 2, CAESAR II of POWER PIPING of STATIC, DYNAMIC, STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS. And Auxiliary analysis likes API 610, NEMA SM23.WRC 297. Experience in Design of piping systems, knowledge of piping codes and standards, preparing piping layouts and design of piping support systems including spring hangers for steam, water and gas services.


PDMS Administrator : The incumbent should be a BE/ ME any discipline with 3+ years of PDMS administration & well proficient with usage of PML (Programmable Macro Language)
** Administer PDMS across organization
** Customization and development of software for application around PDMS core
** Creation of catalog's
** Knowledge of system server, operating system to be able to solve any PDMS related application problem

Chief Design Engineer Gas power plant :M.E. or B.E. in Mechanical with at least 10 years of experience (For diploma candidates 15+ yrs) Gas power plant)
Deputy :Design Manager or superior

Conversant with International Codes and Standards.
Capable of independently handling FEED & Detailed Engineering Design Projects.
Mentor and manage 10-15 persons
Should have the experience in Gas Turbine Generator simple cycle and combined cycle.
Basic Knowledge in Stress analysis module – Ceaser-II./Rohr2
Knowledge about international standard EN/DIN/BS/ANSI/IS and international codes is required.
Expertise in piping engineering using 3 D tools


Chief Design Engineer OIL& Gas :M.E. or B.E. in Mechanical with at least 10 years of experience (For diploma candidates 15+ yrs) in Oil & Gas)

Deputy :Design Manager or superior
Should have the experience in piping & detailing for Oil & Gas refinery.

working experience international oil & gas plant in Pipe design is essential. (Tools knowledge : Auto Cad / PDMS)

Design Manger Thermal Piping : M.E. or B.E. in Mechanical with at least 12 years of experience with at least 7-8 years of thermal Piping Design experience is must, should have worked on a small or big scale managerial position with experience in managing 20-30 people team. project estimation, continuous customer interaction, international codes and standard knowledge and working experience international thermal power plant in Pipe design is essential. (Tools knowledge: Auto Cad / PDMS)

Piping Support Specialist : similar to Design Manager Thermal Piping profile with only hard core Thermal working experience.

Project Manager Thermal : B.E. or M.E. in mechanical with at least 15-18 years of experience with at least 12 years of Thermal Power Plant working experience. Project Management Skills, experience of project management for big thermal power plant is must, strong communication and inter personnel skills, having working knowledge on international big power plants essential.
