Description : The 8085 Micro processor based I-V curve tracer circuit is presented
enables one to view the forward and reverse I-V characteristics of Resistor
Diode,LED and Zener Diode on the CRO screen.
The Micro-Processor kit is programmed to generate a time varying ramp
waveform to draw forward characteristics curve, only positive voltage is
required varying from Zero to +5v.
