RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safety

- Maintain the PSRM for achieving process safety, Excellence manage risk and comply with regulation.
- Maintaining PTW, SWP, OCP, SWL, SOP, JHA, JSP and 5s etc. various procedure implementing depending upon the nature of job.
- Non Routine Lifting inspection.
- To done EEP / ERP and Safety Planning as per nature of job.
- Maintaining the fire extinguisher system.
- Monthly servicing and maintainnance of fire system by co-ordinating with the external agency.
- To done Mechanical work eg. Erection, Dismantling and Lifting work check out by safety standards.
- Maintain SR, FR, IR, AR & ASR for Safety Statistics report.
- Maintaining Procedure control & operational control (PC & OC).
- Implement ISO 14000 & 18000 Terminilogy.
- Procuring spares for fire system by dealing with the vendor.
- Conducting emergency mock drill.
- Conducting training programe for the fire fighting and fire emergency.
- Monitoring of Risk Assessment of all sections.
- HAZOP study.
- Preparing 5 why investigation sheet regarding any accident caused.
- Improving the PPE compliance across all sections in the plant.

- Carrying out Job Safety Analysis(JSA).

- Coordinate with the plant engineering department to ensure that the contractors working in the premises follow the safety rules of the organization.
- Introduce & Maintain various work permit system depending upon the nature of Job.
- Identify and Analysis of hazards and to advice the precautionary measure to execution people.
- Co-ordinate and guide the Sub-contractors about various safety & health related matter.
- Attain regular Tool Box meeting, Fire Fighting & First Aid training.
- Check temporary electrical connection system, Lifting tools & tackles, Machineries eg. Crane, Hydra and Other Construction Machineries.
- Monitor Safety & Health during working at various condition eg. Confined space work , Working at Height , Tunnel & Shaft, Excavation, Rock blasting.
- Check Scaffolding erection, pressure vessels, gas cutting sets, Welding sets & Other tools.
- Conduct induction training programs and Other safety training program among workers and Staff.
- Maintain all legal and mechanical work related to ‘SHE’.
- Maintain safety statistics report ( Yearly, monthly, weekly and Daily) and official document.
- Collect the interested party feedback on the performance of EHS system and implement improvements in the system.
- Ensuring 5S Audit & Implementation across all the sections.

- Scrap disposal and inventory management as per the legal pollution control board guide lines.
- Maintaining the legal records of scrap disposal activities.
- Scrap dealer development from time to time by giving notification in the local news paper.
- Dealing with scrap contractors.
- Preparation of the scrap material rate fixation in consultation with the EHS manager.
- Maintaining Waste Accounting System with SAP computer Application tool.
- Ensuring the operational control procedure for handling of waste at the resource.

SAP PP MODULE:

- Maintaining Reconciliation of PPE’S issues item & Material monthly wise.
- Create PM notification, material requisition
- Inventory movement: goods receipt, goods issue and transfer posting.
