Job Profile:
 Responsible for P&L at Circle level.
 Oversee project execution, operation and maintenance of Telecom sector.
 He should possess rich knowledge in the area of Project Management, O&M, Vendor Management, Quality Management and Customer Relationship Management.
 Coordinate with PMC, for identifying sub contractors & project progress through reports.
 Discuss, coordinate internally with Technical and SMC, and identify areas/process that would help in better quality, reduction in cost, trouble free maintenance of equipments, timely delivery of materials etc.
 Develop process/system for report generation on project progress, on O&M tracking etc.
 Ensure profitability and reduction in project and O&M costs.
 Review reports on project and O&M.
 Develop process/systems for the above, which are not dependant of individuals.
 Identify and develop individuals in the Operation team, who can be groomed as future managers and provide them with required training/opportunity/share experiences.
