The Company working on the project works. The company turnover up to 300/- crores.
Job profile
Inspection of all type of heavy fabricated manufacturing products like that frame , pipe type structures all types of loading machines & packing equipments for cement plants verifying some final assembles, inspections some time involving in incoming products for assemble purpose, inspection of all types of off loaded products at VD and sites ,also involvement and requirement some testing procedures in fabrications plant conducting VD audits according to frequency levels.
Weldings
I have experience oxyacetylene are Mig and Tig weld of various metals including steels and SS all and involvement in DP test , welding testing procedures & welder qualification test .
Overview
I have been involved many projects classes and experience that haves given me and training in various heavy metal fabrication methods and also ISO 9001-2000 and internal audits and documentation process
Others
I also have experience with for forging casting sheet metal works molding process in V.D through understand of market condition current customer competitors’ opportunities assigned territory and technically capacity of mechanical works and manufacturing of all types off loaded items from V.D according to working capacity.
