Reports to : Sales Head

Job Description :

* Analyse the industries and individual companies as a whole and provide detailed reports for the clients as per the market research requirement.
* Provide a competitive analysis basis of the research.
* Setup, Manage and Execute Survey and research projects to gather critical generic, technical and specific data about the targets.
* Abililty to create partnerships for a Joint survey with established survey companies, associations and technology companies.
* Review and interpret analyst reports published by the company.
* Monitor the specific marketplace and report on any relevant competitor activity .
* Provide in depth customer insights report to enhance customer led marketing initiatives and provide inputs to accounts based planning.
* Record, manage and present the researched data in a CRM system.
* Manage the CRM and Marketing tools along with IT dept to ensure timely and accurate data keeping.

The person :

* Has worked for analysis of software and technology products and services
* Aleast 3 years of market research and analysis expertise based on SMEs
* Strong communications, analytical skills
