- Development of method for detection of cefoperazone in high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
- Blood collection for plasma in 3 phases of experiments (I/v,I/m, Drug Interaction) in Heparinised test tubes in different time points.
- Sample preparation by precipitation method.

- Serum Biochemistry and Hematology in safety study for seven days.
