    ** Administration
    ** Understand and Accept Financial in P&Ls made by sales for new client pitch.
    ** Liaison with Marketing for Signage/Uniforms/Diet Charts etc. for new start-ups
    ** Arrange for conducting sector specific training programs for all segments relevant viz catering, housekeeping, engineering etc. Soft & technical skills both to be covered.
    ** Start-up new projects
    ** Be stationed at the new project location to ensure smooth operations and consistency in following operating standards and procedures
    ** Liaison with region team to ensure all required resources viz. equipment, smallwares, stocks, team etc. are in place for the new start-up
    ** Ensure smooth start of operations and consistency in following operating standards and procedures
    ** Follow SOPs, CPI & QHSE for Education segment operations and ensure they are followed there onwards on regular basis
    ** Prepare a duty roster
    ** Ensure targeted performance figures are achieved for revenues as well as contribution
    ** Devise and use innovative technology for catering services
    ** Be a emergency reserve for assisting healthcare sites across the country wherever required
    ** Conduct periodic audits and refresher training at locations.
    ** Take corrective action at sites where so required to ensure target related to financial, quality and operating procedures.
    ** Involve customers by way of Diet Clinics, awareness programs and promotional game events.
    Financial:
    ** Ensure that cash management system developed by IT & Finance in put in place to ensure no revenue shortfall
    ** Understanding all legal agreements & P&Ls for all new start-ups
    ** Ensure all documentation, reports that are required to be completed and sent are accurate and as per schedule.
