    Job Description & Responsibilities :

    We are looking for enthusiastic and results driven individuals to work in our Sales Team, who will be responsible for :

    outbound

    * Make a set number of targeted outbound telephone prospecting/ sales calls to existing/ former customers.
    * Generate and follow-up on leads through phone calls and emails.
    * Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs
    * Meet and exceed sales goals.
    * Work towards revenue growth and market development for our key products.

    The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes :
    * Prior outbound sales experience preferably with an International Voice process.
    * Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer base by demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    * Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft office programs.
    * organizational and priority management skills, particularly in a dynamic work environment.
    * Hard working and focused.
    * Ability to work in team environment.
    * Must be sensitive to the importance of maintaining the privacy of client account information.
    * Must be able to multi-task by typing while speaking on the telephone with clients.
    * Ability to spend extensive time on the telephone and willing to work in US (East Coast) time zone.
