* Incumbent should have experience in Direct Sales and handling large key accounts preferably in the banking/ financial product domain for US/UK/LATAM/Europe/Dubai/Russia.
* Exposure to Relevant Market.
* Should be willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities :
1. Business Development
* Assist Sales Head in developing and executing business development strategy and plan, both short and long range, to ensure achievement of company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services
* Ability to handle large Accounts
* Achieve revenue and contribution targets, build credibility in the market & gain market share
* Identify & generate business from new accounts, enhance business from existing accounts
* Identify potential market segments/verticals
* Ensure target achievement of team members from different product & geographic domains
* Ensure timely collection of payment as per agreed terms with the customer
2. Customer Satisfaction
* Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations
* Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships with them
* Build and maintain excellent and long-term relationships with customers.
Competencies :
* Should be sales professional with relevant experience in customised software solutions, Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
* Should have a thorough understanding / appreciation of software service business
* Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors’ products and future business plans, Good Communication, leadership and Inter-personal Skills.
* Should possess good account management, communication and selling skills
* Should be highly motivated and target oriented.
* Exposure to BFSI Domain.
