Key Requirements :

* Knowledge in the Banking domain is desired.
* Strong knowledge in any of Loans/Retail Banking/Lending/Corporate Banking/Internet Banking.
* Knowledge of products (FinnOne) will be an added advantage.
* Should have worked successfully at a senior level within an organization and be able to demonstrate success at developing successful working relationships at a senior level internally and externally.
* Well developed influencing skills. Good presentation skills – to individuals and groups informally and formally.
* Able to analyze and interpret complex information and communicate effectively to others
* Requirement gathering, gap analysis and ability to define & modify functional requirements will form part of the job portfolio.
* Incumbent should possess excellent communication skills and should be willing to travel extensively.

Qualification : Any graduate with preferably an MBA degree
