Responsibilities :
* Architecture, design, and implementation of new features and products
* Converting business requirements into technical specifications
* Performance optimization, production deployment, and aid in client support
* Anything it takes to make our product a success

Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required. Masters is a plus
* Lives and breathes software programming, design and architecture.
* Passion for solving interesting problems
* Strong distributed systems, object oriented programming & database concepts.
* Strong C++ or Java in Linux/UNIX.
* Decent experience in Perl or Ruby or any other scripting language is required.
* Familiarity with SQL is a must
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Nice to have : Background in Search Marketing or Search Engine Optimization
