Qualification and Experience :
Sr. Position : Any Graduate in technical discipline ( BE mechanical - preferred) : 2+ years experience
Trainee : B.E or Related technical qualification with MBA: 0 to 1 yrs experience

Skill Sets Required :
1. Research the market to identify potential prospects for a given service offering.
2. Contact the prospects via email and over phone and make persuasive proposals to interest them in the offered services.
3. Set up appointments for presentations by front-line sales
4. Maintain regular contact and continuously refine the approach to identify potential customers
5. Systematically Log the Sales efforts in Digital systems for record and analysis
6. Participate and creatively contribute in developing and refining the sales strategy and process based on the market response
7. Work during US business hours
8. Requires self directed, self motivated work in India with direct reporting manager being in US
9. Lead generation , Cold calling international customers
10. Lead nurturing & fixing up appointments, International business development activities in engineering services vertical (particularly on to US market) Experience in selling engineering services will be added advantage, but not mandatory
