    Senior Logistics Executive

    For our upcoming plants at : Gummudipundi near Chennai, Changodar near Ahmedabad, Hyderabad & Jammu.

    Profile
    * The Incumbent will be repsponsible for Planning & Organising movement of goods from Port & Plant.
    * Coordination with Marketing Department and plants for placement of Trucks & Despatch of goods.
    * Follow up with C&FA/CHA for despatch of raw materials to plants.
    * Preparation of Monthly MIS report.
    * Coordination with tranproters for daily report on despatch.
    * Visit to Plant/Port as required.
    * Assist HOD in negotiating transport rates.
    * Planning & Implementing Reverse Logistics.

    Salary will be commensurate with qualification & experience and will not be a limiting factor.

    for nearly six years at Agra, Jaipur & Lucknow.

    - Have worked with Vardhman Group of Industries
    (Textiles) at their Worsted unit- Anshupati Textiles at
    Ludhiana for nearly four years as Manager (Per. &
    I.R.). I was responsible for Personnel & I.R. , H.R.D,
    Administration, Security etc. & was also attached to
    M.D. office (1993-1997).
    - Have worked with LNJ Bhilwara Group’s Composite
    Textile unit Maral Overseas Ltd.(had facility of
    Spinning, Knitting, Processing & Garmenting )at
    Jammu as Dy. General Manager --H.R. and was
    responsible for whole Per./ IR & HR function’s of the
    unit. I also implemented E.R.P. (Ramco Marshal) pay
    roll and H.R. package and was also actively involved
    in the selection of the said package (1997 – 2004 ).
    - Have worked with Winsome Group’s Textile unit at
    Baddi , Solan (HP) as DGM -HR for around three
    years and was responsible for whole Per./ IR & HR
    function’s of the unit (2004 -2007).
    - At present , I am working as GM -HR & Admn. with
    one of the Hydro Electric Power Project of “LNJ
    Bhilwara Group” in Distt. Kullu (HP) w.e.f. 10th
    Sept., 2007.
    My present area of responsibility In H. R.,
    I.R./ Personnel & Admn. functions are broadly
    H.R. Function :-
    - To define Manpower Planning in coordination with Head of Deptt’s.
    - To plan Recruitment &Selection thru references, news paper & consultants.
    - To plan & monitor Induction & Placement
    - Performance Appraisal vis-a-vis KRA’s / Objective setting. To provide specific performance feedback both positive and corrective & motivate people as mentor for their development.
    - Identifying training needs & formulation of Training plan & its execution by giving training myself as well arranging trainers from within the organization or from outside as per the training module prepared in view of the training needs or otherwise
    - Carrier & Succession Planning .
    - To drive OD activities such as TQM, 5’s, cross functional group’s activities & suggestion schemes.
    - To manage welfare activities such as canteen / medical / sports / functions.
    - To develop HR policies & systems
    - To design compensation & benefits policy
    - Any other issues related to HR .

    I.R. /Personnel :-
