Overview :
The Business Development Specialist (BDS) is responsible for qualifying inbound customer and partner inquires and leads, in addition to outbound demand generation activities. The prime market focus would be south east asia and middle east. BDS is also responsible to recruit channel partners in selected geographies. The BDS’s responsibilities are closely aligned with Direct and Channel Sales representative’s objectives and goals. The role is very important to GrayMatter as the BDS is often the first contact a customer or partner prospect would experience.
The productivity of the GrayMatter Sales and Channel organization is dependent on the BDS performance and the role provides great visibility within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities :
Qualify inbound customer and partner inquires and leads within a short time frame Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales or Channel representative Generate outbound campaigns towards promising market segments Always provide top notch customer service
Required Skills/Experience :
* 3-6 years of software or technology sales and account management experience Analytical skills
* Demonstrated problem solving skills
* Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
* Expereicne of selling i south east asia and middle east
