Job Description
Position Description: Responsible for the overall quality and accuracy of all documents including proposals, presentations, financial reports, letters of correspondence; checks spelling, punctuation, grammar, footing, format, and style. Ensures all reports conform to client's formats, styles, and standards. Helps set and review department standards and procedures, ensuring quality standards are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Edit Research documents for correct opinions, agreement (cross
referencing) of numbers and captions from one statement to another,
agreement of statements with notes, language that is clear, logical
and is not contradictory from one part to another
- Work accurately under time constraints Remain current with all
standard software
- Provide copy editing services, including style, flow and overall
structure, upon request
- Complete assignments on time at optimum quality
- Maintain and track chargeable hours for internal accounting recoveries
and assist with special projects as requested
- Willing to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
