ERP Sales executives for generating leads for our business
The job profile would involve :
• Creating, maintaining, and updating the database of potential customers.
• Expanding our customer base by research & making initial pitching calls.
• Partnering/lead generation for our business line of services.
• The candidate will play a key role in cold calling businesses to arrange appointments.
• Need to have the zeal and the knack to promote services over the phone.
• Has to have the ability to comprehend the customers well over the phone.
• Should be able to arrange minimum 1 meeting in a day.
• Regular follow up with the prospective customer is a must.
• Sending the customers a techno-commercial proposal via email.
• Experience in selling software products will be an added advantage, Exposure of IT/software is desirable.
• Fluent in communication and good convincing ability.
• Understanding of MS Office and ability to draft proposals and follow-up with clients through e- mail.
• Minimum 6 months telesales/ telecalling experience would be an added advantage.
[NOTE : Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.]

Store Management :
Ensuring that the department is kept neat and organized at before store open.
Make a note for DAD & GRW.
Staff briefing for day target & yesterday achievement. On daily basic.
Indent the requirement for the store and check out team leader with stock availability of floor.
Plan for weekday’s sale & make a plan for weekend promotion.
Attending meetings with managers and discussing issues on sales, targets, stocks, conversions and other developments.
Co-ordination with Merchandisers for stocks, requirements, new arrivals, offers and defectives.
Co-ordination with marketing team with festival promotion.
Co-ordination with Zonal Manager and other departments towards improving the store sales.
Co-ordination with the warehouse for stocks and new arrivals.
Ensuring that given target has been achieved.
Customer Management :
Ensuring all customers are being attended and offered assistance in their shopping.
Handling all customer problems personally and ensuring customer satisfaction as first priority.
Collect the feed back from customer to improve the sale and customer needs..

Visual merchandising :
Creating in store signage’s and shelf talkers.
Assisting the Visual Merchandiser for in store decoration and occasional arrangements.
Responsibilities :
Head wide the section meeting in the morning with the staff.
Make a report for daily basic target & achievement.
- keep section ready for customer for before store open
Make report for damage stocks & stock return to wear house
Make an indent for accordant to the sale. And availability of stocks on the floor
Co-ordination the store logistic staff to stocks receiving from wear house
Co-ordination with Floor manager to sale promotion for the weekdays &
Weekends. And take a suggestion for improve the sale.
