Job Title : GM – Marketing / Business Development

Reports to : Sr VP –Business Development

Job Summary :
Responsible for the entire marketing activities of the assigned residential and commercial Projects.

Qualification :
Preferably MBA (Marketing) graduate. Other degree holders with proven CRM skills will also be considered. Additional real estate management qualification will have higher priority.

Experience :
Should possess 18+ years experience in Sales/ Business Development in construction industry (preferably). Should be in the position of DGM / GM – Business Development / Marketing

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
* Should possess strong experience in development and implementation of major marketing initiatives including integrated promotions, advertising campaigns.
* Should be a self motivated team player with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects in a dynamic / changing environment and seeing those projects through to a successful completion.
* Should have high commitment to understand consumer behavior as real estate business relates to satisfying the basic needs of the consumer.
* Demonstrated ability to initiate, carry through and close deals.
* Demonstrated ability to be creative and think outside the box in terms of marketing plans and relationship building.
* A proven track record delivering on or exceeding targets.
* Good CRM skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
