Job Title: Sr. Site Engineers / Site Engineers-Execution

Reports to: Project Manager

Job Summary :
Responsible for the execution of the assigned residential and commercial developments across Prestige properties in Bangalore.

Qualification: Should be a B.E (civil) graduate. Any other additional civil engineering courses are desirable.

Experience : Should possess 2-5 years experience in construction industry.

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
* Should possess the knowledge to provide basic project supervision, construction management and other site activities.
* Good engineering skills, planning and execution skills.
* Ability to apply basic professional knowledge to the design of entry level site works and construction management.
* Ability to perform on-site works as per the schedule, interpret drawings, specifications, standards, and carries out field engineering work.

KRAs (Key Result Areas)
* Co-ordinate with civil and other services
* Follow up with drawings and material suppliers
* Preparing weekly progress reports, material requisition indents and summary of material reports
* Estimation of materials
* Checking of structures before and after laying of concrete
