B.Sc in Electrical Engineering, 07 Years experience, Should having experience in High Voltage, Medium voltage network system, UPS system & complex buildings electrical network system.

HVAC Maintenance Engineer :
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC, 05 years experience, Should having experience in HVAC section, AHU, air duct balancing and chillers.

Audio Video Engineer :
B.Sc in Telecommunication/ Electronic Engineer, 07 Years experience, Should having experience in Audio and Video system network.

Civil/ Sanitary Engineer :
B.Sc in Civil Engineering, 05 years experience, Should having experience in Sewage Water Treatment.

Chiller Plant Engineer :
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/CWP, 05 years experience, Should having experience in Chilled Water Plant and HVAC system.

Civil Engineer :
B.Sc in Civil Engineering, 05 years experience, Should having experience in Civil work.

Building Maintenance Supervisor :
Diploma/High School Certificate, 05 years experience, Should be capable to handle Maintenance work, Organize the work order.

Call Attendant :
Diploma/High School Certificate, 05 years experience, Should be capable to communicate with client and technician properly and handle and organize the work accordingly.

Shift Engineer :
B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical, 05 years experience, Should be capable of handling general work system and comple building system, Electrical, Plumbing and HAVC etc.,

Electrician :
Diploma, 05 years experience, Should be handle independently all electrical equipment, knowledge of complex type building electrical network etc.,

HVAC Foreman :
Diploma, 07 Years experience, Should be handle independently, AHU, split unit, widow unit and - Knowledge of air duct balancing.

HVAC Technician :
