* Conduct product workshops to analyze/map the client's business requirement
* Study of new processes, designs and prepare documents
* Preparation of gap analysis
* Discussions with client and technical teams
* Creating a logical and innovative solution to complex problems
* Working closely with product development teams and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Qualification :
Graduation : Any. Preferred B.com graduate with relevant IT course
Post Graduation : MBA Finance/IT

Experience : 3 - 5 Years
Job Knowledge : Knowledge of Securities, Money market, Forex, Treasury essential. (Either of the domain)

All the system generated messages of ‘ICICI Lombard GIC’ are routed through the application (Velocity).
The profile includes Handling all concerns and issues in regards to the application. (i.e. – sms trigger failure, bulk sms triggers.)
- Right Fax Application :
The Application is used by the ‘Health Management Team’ to process Claims which are received from the hospital by means of ‘FAX’ and is routed in the Right Fax application in the form of PDF documents.
The profile includes all issue resolution or clarifications, Scoping New Developments, Monitoring the application performance for Efficiency and Effectiveness, Audit Compliance and Risk Clearance for the application as per Audit Norms of the Organization.
