Job Title : Officer – Administration
Role : To assist Head – Admin in carrying out effective administrative functioning as well as be his understudy to officiate in his capacity whenever required
Main Responsibilities :
• Attend to day-to-day administrative functioning of Head Office to
include functionality, housekeeping, maintenance and upkeep.
• Assist Head - Admin in management of property of Estates and
Establishments
• Attend to administration, maintenance, repairs and upkeep of property
to include security of HO, Bungalows and Guestrooms.
• Supervision of Casual labor at HO including sanitary workers and also
with the labor contractor. Ensure staff discipline
• Establish sound liaison and rapport with KSEB, BSNL, Port Trust,
Police, Civic Authorities, Revenue and other officials.
• Event management and coordinate activities organized at HO and
Estates.
• Implement administrative functioning with overall cost reduction.
Skills Required :
Management of Office
Administration, Housekeeping,
Vehicles, Buildings and Handling of Contract Laborers,
Liaison and communication skills and adept at computer knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Ability to coordinate events,
Should have drive, initiative and perseverance,
Capability to plan and meet deadline and ensure punctuality,
Knowledge of written Malayalam will be an advantage
Qualification : Any Graduate with Diploma in MS office.
Experience : 3-5 years in an administrative and logistic function.
Age Limit : Around 30-35 years
Reporting to : Head - Admin
Compensation /CTC :Rs 2 Lacs per Annum
