Job Description :
1. Personalize Foreign Exchange services to the clients.
2. Handle Cashiering (Foreign Exchange) for various Corporate and Individuals (Walk-ins).
3. To provide Foreign Exchange to Customers like Currency Notes, Travelers Cheques, Demand Drafts, Thomas Cook Titanium Credit Cards etc
4. Remittances and wire transfers via SWIFT.
5. Handle Traveler Cheques remittances.
6. To follow all the R.B.I and FEMA rules and regulations while providing foreign exchange to the customer.
7. Handle inward Money receivable from foreign countries through Money Gram.
8. To Meet corporate/clients on regular basis for their queries related to foreign exchange, Travellers cheques, Foreign Currency Drafts etc.
9. Handle Travel Insurance for foreign travelers through TATA AIG.
10. Handle relationship management with the corporate/clients as per the Forex requirements of the Branch.
