Job Description (Summary):
a) Able to carry out Site Survey of tendering site to find out local availability of resources, gathering tender related sufficient information from client which is not covered in tender, any futuristic advantage / problems to be faced by site.
b) Proper study of tender to point out in favour / against points’ of tender, collection of rate affecting factors and preparation of salient features of tender documents.
c) Collection of present market rates of all resources to be used and carry out rate analysis from available data and estimation practices
d) Preparation of tender selling rates by considering direct and in-direct expenses
e) Provide tender stage information to newly established site team and providing tender based control estimate tool to compare it with actual running site
f) Adding new sub contractor, manufacturer with company and updating present market rates
g) Providing support of other departments i.e. TMS, SMS, CMS, Plant, Purchase,Taxation to the tender by proper communication.
h) Obtaining and evaluating quotations from vendors/ sub contractors.
i) Attending Pre-bid meetings and techno-commercial meeting with client
