(1) 1X10 MW Captive Power Plant
Plant Overview :
It has a two Nos. 10 TPH WHRB and one No. 30 TPH AFBC Boiler of Thermax make, Turbine of Siemens make, model- SST 150 with rated RPM-7500, operated by steam at 485 deg C & 64 Ata pressure & Generator of TDPS, Japan make with rated RPM-1500, O/P volt-11,000V & Max. Capacity-10 MW. The plant operated through DCS, supplied by Honeywell, Pune.
Equipments Handle:
Siemens make Synchronizing panel at 11 KV level, AVR (Make-ABB) panel & Governor (make Woodward, model-505) panel, Synchronizing panel at 33 KV level supplied by System & Control, Kolkata, Kirloskar make Reciprocating Air Compressor, Motorized Valve (Make- Auma India Ltd.), CW Pumps, BFW Pumps (Make-KSB), 11 KV HT Panels of Areva make, PCC, MCC, 12.5 MVA Power Transformer and 2 MVA Auxiliary Transformer with 33 KV Sub-station.

Plant Capacity: - 4000MT pm.
Equipments Handle:
Kirloskar make Rotary Screw Compressor, Roll Branding Machine, and Slip Ring Induction Motor with its LRS, AC Drives, DC Drives, MMI, GE Fanuc PLC, EOT Crane and APFC panel.
Works handled as Assistant Manager - Maintenance
- To attend and repairing plant, machineries and services and manage day-to-day maintenance activity.

Equipments Handle:
MF Furnace Panel, Rotary Screw Compressor of Chicago Pneumatic, Furnace Transformers, EOT Crane, 33KV Switch yard & its all equipments.
Works handled:
- To attend and repairing plant, machineries and services and manage day-to-day maintenance activity.
- Preventive maintenance Schedule and execution of the same.

- Erection and Commissioning of 10 MW Captive Power Plant.
