* Should be an M.Tech/B.Tech from reputed college with min 4 to 6 yrs of proven experience as a Tech Lead or Project Lead preferably from a MNC, out of which 1 or 2 years US Project’s experience or executing 2 US Web based Projects through the entire life cycle in SEI-CMM paradigm and using techniques like UML, Java, Microsoft Tools in ‘N’ tier architecture, RATIONAL Unified Process and CASE is a MUST. Work estimation allocation, planing, scheduling, exellent communication and management skills.

You will be completely responsible for all aspects of offshore software development.

* Should be an M. Tech/B.Tech preferably from IIT, IISc, BITS or REC with min 8+ yrs of proven experience as a Project Manager preferably from a MNC, out of which min 5 yrs hands on US Projects experience executing Web based Projects through the entire life cycle in SEI-CMM paradigm.

* Understand customer needs and configure business and technology solutions, remote client management, cross cultural issues, international consulting and proposal writing.

* Needless to say, you should have the Entrepreneurial vision and drive to leverage evolving technologies to create lasting solutions, by inspiring, motivating and leading the core team of software professionals and managers.

The main objective of this project is a Smart card based Petro-Card system used only for petrol tank filling at the petrol bunks. A smart card is used as a petro–card just as a SIM card in mobiles. The application of this project is mainly used at the petrol bunks.
