Hyundai YN - Door Trims, Pillars (CATIA V5-R18)
The project aim was to ‘Design & Development of Door BIW System i.e. FR Door BIW Assy & RR Door BIW Assy which is cost effective, aesthetically good-looking and considering the proper design intent and space limitation. The Style & Package department has fixed styling & Package Data from Korean R&D Center. From there skin has been created using quick surface reconstruction. This is the first stage in the project. Next we design the Full DOOR BIW ASSY.
I. Designed the Upper Door Substrate, with A-Surface being the input data, developed the B-Side surface, keeping in view the manufacturing feasibility.
II. Creation of B-Side attachment features for the part.
III. Designed the Speaker Grille part, with A-Surface being the input data, developed the B-Side Surface, keeping in view the manufacturing feasibility.
IV. Creation of B-Side attachment features for the part.
V. Re-modelling of Trim Lower Part which involves correction of the input surface data and modifications of B-Side attachment features.
Skoda Roomster Car - Tuning Trims and Seat Trims, Rocker Trim, Hood Lever (CATIA V5-R18)
I. Development of Cover Door Threshold with A-Surface as the input and maintaining the part.
